Task and Responsibilities

• Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
• Ability to operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your customers’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Ability to properly engage with all customers, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a customer.
• Ability to make recommendations for products.
• Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Ability to multi-task. Juggling production of products and engaging new customers upon their arrival.
• Assist in restocking and straightening retail sales floor.
• Assists with maintaining cleanliness of store, retail area, party room, makery, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
• Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced store environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
• Ability to answer phones professionally and relay important information to management members.
• Conduct curbside order transactions over the phone.
• Assist in development of party scheduling, planning, and execution.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend at the waist.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, sometimes more than 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
• Ability to perform store cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.

Tuesday: 10:00am-8:00pm
Wednesday: 10:00am-8:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am-8:00pm
Friday: 10:00am-8:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am-8:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am-6:00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
